Associate professor in Geomatics at the Polytechnic University of Turin, DAD Department. Antonia Spanò teaches several courses in the I-III level programs in Architecture, co-coordinator of the PhD program in Architectural and Landscape Heritage.
Research activities and publications focus on 3D metric surveys with advanced methods: Terrestrial Laser Scanning (TLS), digital Photogrammetry, Close-Range and from UAV platforms, Mobile Mapping Systems based on SLAM technology, digital applications (GIS) for landscapes and cultural heritage, based on standards.
